We always prepare a full written report on the property clients are buying and meet with them to discuss the contents before proceeding to exchange.

We do not want to provide the cheapest conveyancing available as we do not believe it is compatible with providing the thorough care we think appropriate to the most important transaction most clients are likely to undertake. We aim instead to offer a first rate personal service at a mid range price.
